Background to eisicle
eisicle was founded by two experienced business executives with experience in private and public companies and across a wide range of sectors and geographies.

We provide scale-up, change management and business transformation expertise to support business leaders to realise their vision and maximise their company's potential. Importantly we believe advice needs to be concise, practical and implementable.

As business leaders we regularly faced challenges and spotted opportunities which were difficult to address due to limited bandwidth or experience in our teams. It was often uneconomical to employ additional people for those specific requirements (which may be temporary or project based in nature), or simply difficult to find the right individuals to do the work. ​

We believe a great advisory company also needs to have the skills and culture to working alongside the team in the business to implement this advice – being on the hook to ensure a successful outcome delivered.
